Reiki training is a personal journey of growth, connection and self-discovery. Whether you are beginning with Reiki Level 1 or stepping into Master Teacher level, my aim is to guide you gently, clearly and confidently through every step.

You will learn in a supportive, down-to-earth environment with ongoing guidance long after your attunement day has ended.

Reiki Level 1

Self-Healing & Foundations

Reiki Level 1 introduces you to the energy, principles and foundations of Reiki.
You will learn:

  • how to work with Reiki for self-healing

  • hand positions

  • energy awareness

  • grounding techniques

  • cleansing & protection

  • core principles of Reiki practice

Reiki Level 2 (Practitioner Level)

Working With Others & Deepening Your Connection

Reiki Level 2 helps you take your practice further by learning:

  • how to work with others

  • distant healing

  • strengthening intuition

  • building your confidence

  • practitioner responsibilities

Reiki Level 3 (Master Level)

Personal Mastery & Integration

Reiki Level 3 deepens your connection and understanding of energy at a Master level.

Reiki Teacher Training

Sharing Reiki With Others

Teacher Training is for those who feel called to guide others.
You will learn:

  • how to attune students

  • how to structure training

  • how to teach each level

  • ethics & responsibilities as a teacher

  • your role in students’ ongoing support

The Reiki Share is held monthly and is open to all Reiki-attuned individuals.
