Art Willow Soul is committed to providing professional, ethical and compassionate holistic wellbeing services in a safe, respectful and welcoming environment.These Terms & Conditions are designed to protect both you as the client and Art Willow Soul by clearly setting out our mutual expectations before any appointment, workshop, training or service takes place.By booking or attending any service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Services
Art Willow Soul provides a range of complementary wellbeing, spiritual and educational services, including but not limited to:

These Terms & Conditions also apply to any future therapies, workshops or services offered by Art Willow Soul unless otherwise stated.
2. Booking
Appointments, workshops and courses may be booked through our website, online forms, email, telephone or another agreed method.
Your booking is not confirmed until it has been accepted by Art Willow Soul and any required deposit or payment has been received.
3. Prices & Payment
Payment may be requested as:A non-refundable depositPayment in fullPayment following a QuickBooks invoiceInvoices are normally payable by bank transfer unless another payment method has been agreed.Failure to make payment by the due date may result in cancellation of your booking.
4. Deposits
Many appointments, workshops and events require a deposit to secure your booking.Deposits are non-refundable.They cover the administration involved in processing your booking, reserving your place, preparing materials and, where necessary, beginning the process of finding a suitable replacement should you later cancel.Payment of a deposit confirms your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
5. Workshops, Training & Events
Art Willow Soul specialises in small-group workshops and training with limited places.Once your place has been reserved, venue hire, preparation, teaching materials and administration begin well in advance.For this reason, the following cancellation policy applies.
If you cancel more than 60 days before your workshop or event
Any monies paid, excluding your non-refundable deposit, will be refunded.
If you cancel within 60 days
Refunds cannot normally be given.This is because it is unlikely that your place can be filled at short notice and costs have already been committed.If you are able to find a suitable replacement, Art Willow Soul may, at its discretion, agree to transfer your booking once any outstanding balances have been settled.Exceptional circumstances will always be considered compassionately on an individual basis, although this does not guarantee a refund or transfer.Should Art Willow Soul need to cancel or postpone a workshop due to illness, insufficient numbers or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, you will be offered either:A transfer to another date; orA full refund of all monies paid.
6. Treatments, Healing Sessions & Readings
Appointments for treatments, healing sessions and readings may also require either a deposit or full payment in advance.Deposits remain non-refundable.If you need to rearrange your appointment, please provide as much notice as possible.Art Willow Soul will always endeavour to offer an alternative appointment where availability allows, although this cannot be guaranteed.Failure to attend an appointment without prior notice may result in the full appointment fee remaining payable.
7. Holistic Therapies
The therapies offered by Art Willow Soul are complementary wellbeing practices intended to encourage relaxation, balance, personal growth and spiritual wellbeing.They are not intended to diagnose, prescribe, treat or cure medical conditions and should never replace appropriate medical advice or treatment.Clients should always seek advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional regarding any medical concerns.
8. Treatment Consent
By booking a treatment you confirm that:You understand the nature of the therapy you have booked.You have disclosed any relevant medical conditions, injuries, allergies or medications.The information you have provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge.You will inform Art Willow Soul of any significant changes to your health before future appointments.Treatments may involve gentle, non-invasive touch unless otherwise agreed.Your dignity, comfort and personal boundaries will always be respected.You may ask for a treatment to stop or be adapted at any time.
9. Distance Healing
Distance Reiki and other distance energy healing sessions are carried out remotely without you being physically present.Where appropriate, written feedback may be provided following your session.Distance sessions are offered with the same professionalism and confidentiality as in-person appointments.
10. Spiritual Guidance
Art Willow Soul offers Spiritual Guidance to support personal reflection, spiritual exploration and self-development.Spiritual Guidance may include the use of intuitive guidance, Tarot, Oracle cards and other complementary spiritual practices where appropriate.These services are offered to encourage insight, self-awareness and personal growth.They are not intended to diagnose, prescribe for, treat or cure any medical condition and should never be considered a substitute for medical, legal, financial, psychological or other professional advice.Clients remain responsible for the decisions they make following a guidance session.
11. Spiritual Clearance
Art Willow Soul offers Spiritual Clearance for homes, businesses, land and other spaces.By requesting this service you confirm that:You own the property or have permission to request the clearance.You understand this is a complementary spiritual wellbeing service.No specific outcome or experience can be guaranteed.Spiritual Clearance does not replace practical, structural, environmental, legal or medical advice.Where attendance at your property is required, you agree to provide a safe environment for the practitioner.
12. Animal Reiki
Animal Reiki is offered as a complementary wellbeing therapy.It does not replace veterinary diagnosis or treatment.The owner remains responsible for the welfare and behaviour of their animal before, during and after treatment.
13. Home Visits
Where services are provided at your home or premises, you agree to provide:
Safe access
A suitable treatment space
A smoke-free environment during the appointment
A safe environment for the practitioner
Art Willow Soul reserves the right to postpone or end an appointment where personal safety cannot reasonably be assured.
14. Right to Refuse or Postpone Treatment
Art Willow Soul reserves the right to refuse or postpone any appointment where:Treatment is considered unsuitable.Relevant information has not been disclosed.Behaviour is abusive, threatening or inappropriate.Personal safety may be compromised.It is considered not to be in the client's best interests.
15. Confidentiality
Information shared during treatments, consultations, workshops and mentoring sessions will remain confidential unless:
You give permission for information to be shared.Disclosure is required by law. There is a safeguarding concern involving serious harm. Please also refer to our Privacy Notice.
16. Photography & Testimonials
Photographs, testimonials or reviews will only be used with your permission.Consent may be withdrawn at any time for future promotional use.
17. Intellectual Property
All course materials, manuals, meditations, written content, website content and other resources remain the intellectual property of Art Willow Soul unless otherwise stated.They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
18. Website
Whilst every effort is made to ensure information on this website is accurate and up to date, Art Willow Soul cannot guarantee that all content will always be current or free from errors.
19. Liability
Art Willow Soul accepts no responsibility for decisions made by clients following treatments, guidance sessions, workshops or training.Nothing within these Terms & Conditions excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
20. Privacy
Your personal information is processed in accordance with the Art Willow Soul Privacy Notice.
21. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
